বিসমিল্লাহির রাহমানির রাহিম। পোল্ট্রির ডিজিজ, ট্রিটমেন্ট লিখতে চেষ্টা করলাম মোটামুটি সবগুলাই। তবে এটা ১০০% কখনই না। আরো ভাল জানা থাকলে শেয়ার করুন এবং এক্সপার্টদের সাথে আলাপ করুন। এখানে একটা রাফ আইডিয়া দিলাম।
Paramyxoviridiae
রাণীক্ষেত রোগ
লক্ষণঃ সাদা পায়খানা/চুনা হাগা, ঝিমাবে, ঘাড় বাঁকা হয়ে যাবে, খুব দ্রুত মারা যাবে।
পোর্স্টমর্টেমঃ ১।hemorrhage in tips of whole proventiculus inner portion.
২।hemorrhage in ceca, proventiculus and small intestine
৩। necrotic button ulcer or hemorrhagic plaque in intestinal mucosa
Treatment: No specific treatment. Live Vaccine ND should be given at 3-6 days and repeat live(booster) IB+ND/ND on 17-18 days in broiler, 1 drop/1 eye. In layer, in additional with broiler, ND killed at 30-40 days neck s/c চামড়ায় ফোল্ড করে/ বুকের বা রানের মাংসে, IB+ND+EDS neck s/c in 16-17 wks. রাণীক্ষেত রোগ হলেও ভ্যাক্সিন দিলে কাজ করে রোগ সারাতে, তখন ডাবল ডোজে দেওয়া লাগে।
For secondary bacterial infection
1. Micronid powder(renata)/Erisen vet(square) 1g/1L 3(within 5) days (erythromycin thiocyanate+Sulphadiazine+trimethoprim) 2 times daily
2. Pulv. Electromin/eskalyte
/Renalyte 1g/1L
3. Cevit vet 1g/5-6 liter(Vit C)
আইবিডি বা গামবোরো
*বিরনা ভাইরাস
লক্ষণঃ
*মলদ্বারের চারপাশে পায়খানা লেগে থাকবে, সাদা তরল পায়খানা হবে।
*লেজের পালক ঠোকরাবে, লেজের পালকে মাটি লেগে থাকবে।
*পালক উশকু খুশকো থাকবে, পাখা নিচের দিকে ঝুলে পড়বে, মারা যাবে।
পোস্টমর্টেমঃ
* প্রোভেন্টিকুলাস ও গিজার্ডের জাংশনে হিমোরেজ থাকবে। কিন্তু রাণীক্ষেত রোগে সমগ্র প্রোভেন্টকুলাসে হিমোরেজ থাকে।
*মুরগির বুকের আর পায়ের মাংসপেশিতে জমাট বাধা রক্ত বা হিমোরেজ থাকবে।
*বার্সা প্রথমে বড় আবার পরে ছোট হয়, বার্সার ভেতর হলুদ জেলী জাতীয় পদার্থ থাকবে।
Treatment: No specific treatment. vaccination In broiler live vaccine should be given at 10-12 days of age and again at 20-22 days of age(booster)
In layer, vaccination should be given as broiler
For seconadary bacterial infection.........
1.Ciproflox(Ciprofloxacin) (Sk+F) 1ml/1L 2 times daily
2.Fast vet(paracetamol)1 tab/3 L(due to high temp.)
3.Mollases (রুচির জন্য)
4. Renalyte/Eskalyte(For checking diarrhoeal weight loss)

*মুরগি গড়গড় শব্দ করে
পোস্ট মর্টেমঃ
* ট্রাকিয়াতে মিউকাস প্রচুর পরিমাণে থাকে
*এয়ারসেক ঘোলা হবে
*কিডনী আক্রান্ত হয়ে ফুলে যেতে পারে, ফ্যাকাসে রংয়ের হবে
* ইনফেকশাস করাইজাতে মুখে ফোলা ভাব আসে কিন্তু IB তে তা আসেনা।
*রাণিক্ষেতের মত প্রভেন্টিকুলাসে আর অন্ত্রে পরিবর্তন হবে না
মুরগির শেড পরিষ্কার পরিছন্ন , জীবাণুমুক্ত করণ Fam 30/GPC 8 5ml/liter spray
for seconadary bacterial infection
1.Moxicol/ Ambrocal(Amoxicillin+Collistin) Ambrocal contain additional bromohexine 1gm/1liter 2/3 times daily
2. Respiron/PB cough 1ml/1 liter 3 times a day
3. Rena C/ Cevit vet 1 g/ 6-7 liter
Avian Influenza
1.cyanosis, congestion, hemorrhage on comb, wattle, legs, shanks
2. Inflammation in trachea, sinus,air sac, conjunctiva, catarrhal to fibrinous enteritis
Flock destruction .
Mareks disease
1.Paralysis of legs and wings, swollen sciatic nerve and nerve plexus, nodular lesion on feather roots.
Treatment

২। হার্ট, লিভার, ফুস্ফুসের উপরের পর্দা ঘোলাটে দেখা যাবে এবং এয়ারসেক গুলো ঘোলাটে হয়ে যাবে।perihepatitis, pericarditis
৩। small intestine contains mucus with blood.
Treatment:
1. Cosumix plus(Sulfacholopyradazine+ Trimethoprim) 1g/1L
2. Renalyte 1gm/1L
3. Liq. Digestim(kidney+liver tonic) 1ml/1L
4. Haemoco PH/ Nutrilac (Acidifier) 1ml/1L
Fowl Cholera:(Pasteurella multocida)
1. Greenish Diarrheoa
2. Weakness
Postmortem:
1. Liver enlarged and fragile
2. Small intestine এর কিছু ফোলা থাকবে এবং পায়খানা পরিপুর্ণ থাকবে, মুরগি কাটার সাথে সাথে গন্ধ বের হবে।
Pullorum disease( Salmonella Pullorum):
1. Unabsorbed yolk in navel region
2. white diarrohea
3. মলদারের চারপাশে পায়খানা লেগে থাকবে।
Postmortem :
1. liver will be enlarged and congested
2. In layer misshapen, discolored, cystic ova
Fowl typhoid(Salmonella gallinarum)
লক্ষণঃ সবুজ বা হলুদ পায়খানা, ক্ষুধামন্দা
Post mortem:Spleen বড় হয়ে যাবে, লিভার চকচকে সবুজ দেখাবে
Treatment: Fowl Cholera/ Pullorum disease/ Fowl typhoid
1. Eskamox/Renamox 1gm/1L+Flumequine/Flumivet 1gm/1L(synergistic action ) or cosumix plus 1gm/1L
2. Rena C 1gm/1L(for cure the scar in intestine)
3. Liq. digestim 1ml/1L(hepatorenal tonic)
4. Haemco PH/nutrilac 1ml/1L(Acidifier)
5. if possible, it depends on farmer a multivitamin like megavit WS/Rena WS can beprovided 1gm/3-4 liter for preventing weight loss and weakness
Necrotic enteritis(Clostridium perfringens):
1. jejunum এবং duodenum গ্যাসে পরিপুর্ণ ও ভঙ্গুর হবে, petechial hemorrhage in intestine ,মিউকোসাতে সিঊডোমেম্ব্রেন থাকবে।
Treatment:
1. Moxacil vet (300mg)1g/2L/Renamox (150g)1g/1L(Amoxicillin)/moxicol 1gm/1L
2. Nutrilac 1ml/1L
3. Rena C 1gm/6L
Infectious coryza(Hemophillus gallinarum)
লক্ষণঃ ঝুটি, ওয়াটল, চোখ, মুখমণ্ডল ফুলে উঠে, নাক দিয়ে পানি বের হয়, চোখের দুই পাতা লেগে যায় এবং চোখ বন্ধ হয়ে যায়।পানি ও খাদ্য খায় না, নিশ্বাস নিতে কষ্ট হয়।
Postmorttem:
1. Trachea তে প্রচুর মিউকাস থাকে, catarrhal exudates in trachea and nasal passage
Treatment:
1. Renamox/Moxicilin vet/Ambrocal 1gm/1L
2. Rena C 1g/5L
3.নেফক্লিন
4.Respiron 1ml/1L
Coccidiosis:
১। গুড়ের মত রক্ত লাল পায়খানা, দুর্বলতা
Post mortem:
১।সিকাম রক্তপুর্ণ হয়ে ফুলে যাবে, পনিরের মত সাদা পদার্থ সিকামে লেগে থাকবে
২।enteritis, congestion, necrosis, hemorrhage in intestine, bloody feeces
Treatment:
1. Coccicure /ESB3 2-2.5g/L
2. Eskalyte 1gm/1 L
3. Rena K 1gm/4 L
Pretreatment broiler and layer 3rd and 5th week 1g/1L for 5 days consequtively coccicure/ESB3
Aspergillosis
Postmortem:
ফুসফুসের উপর yellowish caseous nodule দেখা যায়
Thickening of air sacs,
Treatment
1. Tab. Nystat 1 tab/3 L
2. Liq. PB cough 1ml/1L
3. 5% CuSO4 1g/3 L
Curled toe paralysis in chicks
Due to vit B2/riboflavin deficiency
হাটতে পারেনা, পা কুকড়ে যায়
treatment:

Bumble foot(Streptococci infection)

1.Denagard 45% 1gm/3L
2. Rena B+C 1g/2L
Fatty liver syndrome
Due to excess fat deposition the egg isretained and can expulse and prolaps
RX;
1. Vita egg formula 1gm/1liter
2. renaliv/livertonic plus 1ml/1L
3. E. sel 1ml/4L
4.Choline 75/ Nava choline 75 1g/ 1L to break down fat.
